  • How do you notify me when my book is found?

    We will notify you via email or WhatsApp as soon as your book is located and the invoice is ready.

  • How long does it take to find a book?

    The time depends on the book's location, but we aim to confirm availability as quickly as possible.

  • Can I request multiple books at once?

    Yes, you can request multiple books by specifying all the titles and details in the “Find a Book” form.

  • Can I track the status of my book request?

    Currently, we don’t have a tracking system, but you will be notified at each step, from request confirmation to when the book is ready for pickup.

  • Can I cancel my book request?

    Yes, you can cancel your request before making the payment. Once payment is made, cancellations are not allowed.

  • What happens if the book I requested is unavailable?

    If we cannot locate your requested book, you’ll be notified promptly. No payment will be required in such cases, and we will explore alternative options or sources if possible.

  • What happens if I don't pick up the book within 48 hours?

    If you do not collect the book within 48 hours, the reservation code will expire. you Please ensure you pick up your book promptly to avoid missing out.

  • What happens if I lose my pickup code?

    If you lose your pickup code, contact our support team immediately for Assisstance.  Proof of payments may be required.

  • How much does it cost to use your service?

    Our service is offerd at an affordable fee. which depends on the book requested. You pay only after we confirm availability.

  • How do I pay for my book request?

    Once we locate your book, we’ll send you an invoice with payment instructions. After payment, you’ll receive all the details to pick up your book.
